You can see directly into your mail-stream with our web-based tracking. All outgoing and return mail contains USPS IMB barcodes detailing the location and route of each item and InfoTRAC™ brings all relevant shipping information together in one user-friendly place. Now you can see where your mail pieces are, at anytime, from your own computer.

Partnering with the USPS

The USPS National Change of Address database is a consolidated file of move-related information containing residential and business address changes over a period of 18-months. It contains over 160 million change-of-address records and is updated on a weekly basis. We utilize the NCOA Link System to update lists prior to statement mailing—it’s done electronically by matching names and addresses contained within client billing data against the national database of changes. InfoIMAGE provides you with a report of all changed addresses each time data is processed. It’s your existing database with the added benefits of USPS NCOA Link technology.
