Implementation Specialist Print

The Implementation Specialist will have responsibility for managing new client project implementations under the supervision of Implementation Manager.  This includes but is not limited to performing workflow and project analysis, working closely with clients, production and programming departments, Sales Manager, and Account Managers to coordinate project implementation activities, assisting clients with set-up decisions based on product knowledge, organizing and conducting regular workgroup meetings throughout implementation and post go-live, and serving as lead or assistant trainer in all client training sessions on all product features.  The Implementation Specialist is capable of working with minimum supervision in the performance of assigned tasks.  The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the overall success of new client project implementations.


Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

Project Implementation (80%)
•    Develops, and monitors project implementation plan in accordance with contract agreement to meet customer expectation
•    Prepares internal Statement of Work (SOW) and project timeline in accordance with technical,  production  and customer requirements
•    Conducts kick-off meetings with every new client to review expectations and to create a written project implementation plan with milestones and deliverables.
•    Coordinates all aspects of project implementation, working closely with the client and internal project team.
•    Organizes, convenes and documents regular client and internal project team meetings throughout implementation and post go-live to present and review project activities, establish deadlines and keep project on track.
•    Creates work orders for add-on services to meet client’s expectation and/or project date
•    Monitors every step of the implementation process and project progress; anticipates potential issues and  proactively manage details
•    Communicates project status and disseminates project information to client and internal project team on a regular basis
•    Issues a client survey at the completion of each implementation to determine the client’s perspective on the overall project.
•    Other duties as assigned

Client Relations (15%)
•    Maintains a professional and courteous manner with clients
•    Responses to clients in a timely and attentive manner
•    Communicates clients concerns and future needs to Account Managers
•    Other duties as assigned

Training (5%)
•    Provides product related demos to new and existing clients
•    Provides recommendation to clients of best business practices and/or industry standards
•    Provides new products and features training to all internals departments
•    Other duties as assigned

•    Demonstrated skill in accurate record keeping with strict attention to detail, organize and maintain efficient files and records

•    Demonstrated skill in expressing ideas clearly and effectively
•    Advanced skill and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, or other software applications to retrieve data, create spreadsheets, and reports.
