Account Services Team

At InfoImage we believe in providing your account with core specific subject matter experts. We create a core team for each of our accounts with defined responsibilities, industry expertise, and superior communication skills. They will proactively bring solutions to you that make sense.

A majority of our employees have either worked directly for a major core or came to us from a Credit Union or Bank. We pride ourselves on understanding your business and being able to bring solutions to you.  This experience makes for a relationship where we are proactive and drive solutions that will take the pain out of statement production.

Our teams consist of the following:

Client Care Services – The CCS is made up of dedicated resources to quickly expedite and fulfill clients requests through the InfoCARE ticketing system. They are specialized in customer service to provide timely project updates and meet our clients’ daily production needs.

Implementation Specialist – The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the overall success of client project implementations by assisting clients with set-up decisions based on product knowledge, organizing and conducting regular workgroup meetings throughout implementation.

Account Manager – The Account Manager serves to understand the customer’s individual needs by being a Strategic Partner and developing a business plan that will maintain a long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationship; therefore improving the overall client experience. They will provide ongoing support by acting as the client advocate between the FI and InfoIMAGE team.
